| The expansion of Hakotoyo-Seikan's operations continued over the
years as greater Tokyo experienced an increase in the development of its corporate
infrastructure. Hakotoyo responded to these changes by creating its Corporate
Warehousing Services (CWS) division, a vision of our President Mr. K. Teramura.
CWS offers logistical warehousing services to global, multinational, and domestic
firms operating throughout Tokyo and its environs. This new venture has since
grown to twelve business offices/ warehouses. Today, Hakotoyo-Seikan is as committed
as ever to providing its customers with the highest quality warehousing services:
CWS, archival storage, transport, and inventory processing services. Our warehousing
systems provide accurate, sorting, logistics, inventory-control management, timely
storage, and transport services. CWS serves the warehousing needs of major national,
multinational, and global firms; directly supporting their corporate service and
facilities storage requirements. We at Hakotoyo Seikan K.K. believe that "the

Hakotoyo's Urawa Kamiokubo business office provides specialized corporate service,and facilities support warehousing. This service includes offsite storage, logistical warehousing of archived records, files, reports, boxed documents, data mediums, office surplus. This office utilizes a new inventory maintenance management system * (IMMS) which has been developed for Hakotoyo, integrating order management and inventory management,and shedule processing. Data generated by this system is instantaneously sent to customers via the internet. |

| The Urawa office provides warehousing, corporate storage, and transport of archived corporate files, office surplus, boxed documents, publications,and records privately, and securely for our customers. A secure web based customer inventory management system *HiPs (EDI) allowing customers to access their stored items on line. Warehousing of computer parts and assembly of computer input devices is also performed at this location. |
